Sarah Fisher (she/her) LMFT #152333
Inspired by nature, community, and self compassion…my values as a therapist are to show up authentically & hope you feel invited to do the same. I love working with females and non-binary folx of all ages and seasons of life.
I am celebrating licensure as a marriage and family therapist since December 2024 and honored to join you on your journey towards feeling more of your true self. I imagine healing looks a lot like embracing all the parts of ourselves, which I invite you to experiment with through art, nature, and somatic-based interventions in our sessions together. Whether at the beach, walking, or maybe in the Groundswell Community Project’s sailboat—I strive to weave together my experience working in high schools, a substance use recovery center, and surf therapy groups & 1:1 sessions with females and non-binary individuals of all ages. I enjoy sharing poetry such as Mary Oliver and research from others such as Esther Perel & Brené Brown in our sessions. I’ve received training through First Aid Arts for expressive art-based interventions for emotional health, my graduate studies in Clinical Counseling, and continued learning through reading and mentors who inspire me.
“I tell you this
to break your heart,
by which I mean only
that it break open and never close again
