  • Emily Ruth AMFT: Emily works with individuals, groups, and the LGBTQAIP+ community. She is an Ayurvedic Health Counselor, a certified yoga teacher, and trained in EMDR. Specializing in nervous system regulation through a variety of modalities including Surf Therapy. She did her internship with Groundswell Community Project and is a certified Groundswell Surf Therapy Facilitator

    Mo Mata AMFT: Mo has extensive experience supporting those with trauma, PTSD and LGBTQIA+ issues. Mo is a trauma-informed therapist with expertise in somatic experiencing, IFS/parts work, surf therapy, and DBT. She did her therapy internship through Groundswell Community project and is a certified Groundswell Surf Therapy Facilitator
